The Travel and Circuit Court Support program ensures that Indigenous individuals, especially those in remote and isolated communities, can access justice through comprehensive logistical, emotional, and legal assistance during Circuit Court processes. By addressing geographic and systemic challenges, the program promotes fairness, respect, and positive outcomes in the justice system while fostering trust and confidence among Indigenous communities.

The program offers tailored support for offenders, victims, and Community Justice Groups (CJGs), including:
