Mediation and Support: Facilitating face-to-face communication between Indigenous inmates and their families to maintain cultural ties and emotional well-being.
CJG Collaboration: Strengthening links between Torres Strait and mainland CJGs to exchange best practices and address shared challenges.
Workshops and Meetings: Organizing events and collaborative projects to improve service delivery for offenders, victims, and families.
Reform and Reintegration Support: Connecting inmates with in-prison reform programs and ensuring seamless transitions to community-based services upon release.

This initiative addresses critical gaps in communication and resource sharing to promote justice and community well-being by:
